Philip lamey
Vocalist
Philip John Lamey writes all the words for Emotional Debris and along with Rikki Jordan all the songs. They began writing together about fifteen years ago and have a lot of material enough for the seven albums they intend to release.
The catalyst for forming the band was the completion of Emotional Debris at Abbey Road. Planning on touring extensively over the next year and with a live album competed and a new studio album completed it promises to be a busy time. We would love you to join us on what promises to be a rocky road with no end in sight.
RIKKI jordan
Lead Guitar
With experience in playing live & in the studio as a session player, teaching and song writing, I have developed my skills as a lead & rhythm guitarist offering a wide variety of work including live, studio acoustic and electric guitar mainly in the styles of rock, pop, blues, country, folk, funk & jazz.
RYAN HODGES
Drummer
DANNY BOYLE
Bassist
Danny’s musical education started early, picking up the cello in primary school, and joining the school choirs. Shortly before graduating, Danny turned his talents towards original music, releasing original material under the name ‘Modern Rome’ with long-time musical collaborators. He has also stepped in to play bass for Belfast-based country act ‘The Rising’, and singer-songwriter ‘Mark Hegan’ at festivals in England and Northern Ireland respectively.
Danny’s wide musical background allows him to fulfill the needs of Emotional Debris’ songs, with bass-lines that are at times passionate and chaotic, and at others, restrained and sophisticated.
JASPER ROBBINS
Rhythm Guitar
Jasper was born on the Isle of Man but was then baptised by fire on the mean streets of Surrey before moving to Northern Ireland. Prior to picking up the guitar Jasper was known for living a lonely, sexless existence; eating frozen ready meals and only having but the most awkward conversations with women. However, once he picked up the guitar in 2017, nothing really changed, but in his mind he thought he could melt faces with heavy riffs and god-like guitar solos.
